This IV Forum has been a milestone for the CIO UNIVERSITY initiative, since the UETIC 2017 Report was presented with a view to continuing to present reports on the state of ICT in Higher Education Institutions that allow Technology Directors and in general to the educational community to improve technological services and collaboration in the axes of academia, research and links with society.
