E-Talent Ecuadorian tertiary educators transformation and learning enhancement
This is a new European project spearheaded by the University of Vigo, in collaboration with the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, the Enter Network, and Ecuadorian universities. Funded with nearly €1 million by Erasmus+ CBHE, its objective is to retrain over 400 teachers and develop 100 experts who will form a Monitoring Committee for peer evaluations. The initiative seeks not only to improve educational quality but also to strengthen the role of teachers as central agents of institutional innovation.
