• Training: Third level in Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial Engineering or related careers.
• Work experience: 2 to 3 years in similar positions in administrative or financial areas.
Desired knowledge:
- Basic accounting and expense recording.
- Customer service, both internal and external.
- General knowledge of finance, sales and writing.
Tools needed:
- Advanced use of Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- Provide proactive and quality attention to suppliers and clients, guaranteeing the timely resolution of queries and needs.
- Manage administrative procedures, such as payment renewals, municipal permits and other area requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise the purchases of supplies and goods necessary for the efficient functioning of the organization, including verification and payment to suppliers.
- Manage the internal petty cash, ensuring a detailed and correct record of expenses, with their respective documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing and presenting accurate data.
- Carry out other activities delegated by the immediate boss in accordance with their profile.
