Training: Third level in Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial Engineering or related careers.

Work experience: 2 to 3 years in similar positions in administrative or financial areas.

Desired knowledge:

  • Basic accounting and expense recording.
  • Customer service, both internal and external.
  • General knowledge of finance, sales and writing.

Tools needed:

  • Advanced use of Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Provide proactive and quality attention to suppliers and clients, guaranteeing the timely resolution of queries and needs.
  • Manage administrative procedures, such as payment renewals, municipal permits and other area requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise the purchases of supplies and goods necessary for the efficient functioning of the organization, including verification and payment to suppliers.
  • Manage the internal petty cash, ensuring a detailed and correct record of expenses, with their respective documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing and presenting accurate data.
  • Carry out other activities delegated by the immediate boss in accordance with their profile.
