How does it work?
The CSIRT is activated when a security incident is identified; the CSIRT team then performs the following actions:
- incident analysis
- impact level classification
- containment of the threat
- support in systems recovery
- mitigation recommendations.
's CSIRT CEDIA is a member of FIRST, acting as a trusted point of contact for cybersecurity incidents, both nationally and internationally, facilitating coordination with institutional technical teams and promoting good incident management practices.
