Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment

The Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment is an institutional self-assessment tool that evaluates the institution's level of maturity in its digital transformation processes, considering elements such as governance, planning, financing, human resources, information management, innovation, technology transfer, and enabling technologies. This assessment facilitates the identification of strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement to consolidate a comprehensive, sustainable digital strategy aligned with institutional objectives, becoming a key tool for guiding investments, strengthening capabilities, and accelerating institutional modernization.

How does it work?

The diagnosis evaluates the institution using a maturity model composed of five areas:
  • Governance, planning and finance of digital transformation
  • Enablers for digital transformation
  • Human talent for institutional management
  • Information management
  • Innovation and transfer of technology and knowledge
The model places the institution at maturity levels ranging from beginner to transformed with a numerical indicator .
