ELSA (E-Learning System and Analytics)

It is a system that analyzes the data from different virtual learning platforms (moodle) with the objective that teachers and students can monitor and follow up on their active teaching and learning process, whether in face-to-face, hybrid or online modality.

This system is based on research carried out on the self-regulation of learning, flipped learning and the incorporation of analytics to monitor active learning teaching processes.

How does it work?

Useful information is extracted from a data set of the online education platform in order to alert students and teachers about their academic process.

Benefits:

  1. Tracking, monitoring and prediction of student dropout.
  2. It allows teachers to monitor an average of 50 students virtually, providing timely and personalized feedback.
  3. Allows the management of academic advisory systems. Based on this, educational policies can be built based on the evidence of the data obtained about the students.
