Through formal and substantive technical evaluation. A score out of 100 points is awarded. Applications that pass the formal evaluation phase and obtain a minimum score of 70/100 will be notified of the selection process, and the Global Partnership for Science Fund will be awarded for the amount approved in the application form, in descending order of score.
