The conditions an organization offers to foster innovation include aspects such as physical infrastructure, funding for R&D processes, engagement with the surrounding community, and incentive systems, among others. Through this process, key strengths and areas needing improvement are identified to promote a culture geared toward innovation.
How does it work?
The evaluation is conducted using a questionnaire that gathers information across several areas: personnel and management mechanisms, financing and funding, internal incentives, the nature of the venture, the environment, intellectual property, and open innovation. Each aspect contains specific elements that allow for effective data processing and interpretation.
