This diagnosis evaluates the capacity of organizations to generate and manage innovation through the analysis of key variables that facilitate the development of ideas, products and services.
The conditions that an organization offers to promote innovation include aspects such as physical infrastructure, financing of R&D processes, articulation with the environment and incentive systems, among others.
