The MOOC platform is a space that allows higher education institutions to upload massive and easily accessible online courses for students and professionals.
This platform generates courses according to the requirements of higher education institutions (HEIs). These courses can be offered in two formats: open enrollment or enrollment by invitation. In the first format, the course is open to everyone, while in the second, a prior invitation is required to access the course.
How does it work?
First, member universities or institutes must inform us that they wish to upload a course to the MOOCs platform. Then, they must specify the course information, such as the name, subject matter, instructors, and content, for review by our Academic Area. Once the information is validated, a staff member will assist in uploading the course to the platform. After the course is created, it will be available cedia https://educacionvirtual.cedia.edu.ec
