If you require a Zoom Pro license, you must submit your request to your institution's technical department. CEDIA does not grant Zoom Pro licenses directly to teachers, but only upon request from the designated technical staff at each institution.

Consult the institution's technician, as CEDIA does not handle institutional email credentials.

  • Pro/licensed: Meetings without time limits.
  • Basic: Meetings up to 40 minutes.

Cloud recording is a service that institutions can subscribe to on demand. To find out if they have cloud recording enabled, please contact your institution.
Institutions must acquire this service in addition to the plan contracted with CEDIA.
In the installed application, click on the photo icon in the upper right corner, and choose the "Check for updates" option.
 Select the ^ symbol (up arrow) in the Windows taskbar, next to the clock. Right-click the Zoom icon in the app bar, select "Switch language," and choose "Spanish."
