Organization of American States and the European University The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (GS/OAS), in alliance with the European University, offers postgraduate scholarships for outstanding professionals from the Americas, excluding Spain. This program covers a diverse range of disciplines by offering 75 different master's degrees in all areas of knowledge, from engineering to health, guaranteeing a wide spectrum of opportunities for candidates with different interests and professional aspirations. These programs are carried out virtually, allowing students to maintain their local commitments while benefiting from a European quality education.
