Darwin Initiative GBP 50000 - 200000 The Darwin Initiative has launched a call for Capacity Building Grants, focused on strengthening the capacity of local and national organizations (civil society, research institutes and public bodies) to carry out effective biodiversity conservation and reduce multidimensional poverty. The objective is for beneficiary organizations to implement successful and sustainable projects in these areas. Grants will be awarded to projects that integrate biodiversity conservation and poverty reduction, strengthen the capacity of local and national partners, and use evidence to scale action. In addition, the implementation of novel or improved approaches and the promotion of scalable methods that can generate a greater impact are sought. Eligible activities include structured training, mentoring, organizational development and networking.
