From 2021 to date, the PMO has managed 264 projects.
The Project Management Office – PMO of CEDIAplans to complete its portfolio this year with around 100 managed projects. These include: internal projects, scholarships and funds, collaborative projects between the ecosystem and international projects with grants of up to half a million dollars.
The PMO, implemented under the PMO Value Ring methodology, is responsible for providing services within its management area, both internally in the organization and to CEDIAmembers.
From 2021 to date, it has managed 264 projects and 92% of these have been successfully completed.
