CEDIA adds to efforts to boost female leadership through the women's forum supporting women

Six institutions are the drivers of this meeting that was held for the third time.

Women supporting women

Galia Rivas, Chief of Marketing and Communications of CEDIA, participated in the Women for Forum supporting women. The objective of this space was to form a support network for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and workers who seek, from different fronts, promote violet initiatives and strengthen responsible leadership. 

The six promotion institutions of this meeting - women supporting women, together for them, Fundación Avione, Woman Economic Forum, Pame Project of the University of Azuay and the Violet Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito - presented their initiatives to promote the participation of 'Ambassadors' in the Women Project supporting women.   

In the event, where Fernando Avilés, head of Human Talent of CEDIA, also highlighted the relevance of adding the greatest number of people to this initiative, in order to promote spaces for dialogue, training and contact networks aimed at strengthening the work opportunities and professional development of women. 

During the Forum, CEDIA 's participation was highlighted in a special way for his support and his contribution to the enrichment of conversation, especially when sharing his institutional experience in areas of research, education and female leadership.
