CEDIA grows with its new area of ​​Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR

The area will work transversally with Communications and Marketing.

Since its inception, CEDIA has developed and accompanied projects that make it possible to achieve several of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals. In view of this, it has decided to implement the area of ​​Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility -CSR, and promote its work in all branches of sustainable development. .

This new area, made up of Gabriela Astudillo and Mariuxy James, will implement a sustainable purpose in the Corporation's actions. In this context, sustainability will be the action of measuring, communicating and reporting the actions that CEDIA carries out in areas such as economic, non-financial, environmental, social and human rights, with the purpose of impacting all the operations of the organization, incorporating sustainable and responsible strategies to face the current challenges, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the sustainable development goals.

The Sustainability and Social Responsibility area will work transversally with Communications and Marketing, and among its first actions is the preparation of a sustainability report that will include a report on the current situation of CEDIA , with the aim of communicating and committing the organization to work in the different branches of sustainable development.

This will allow strengthening organizational aspects such as transparency, trust and reputation, generating an impact on the ecosystem.

The four branches in which the new area will work are:

  • ehealth
  • internal sustainability
  • Sustainable Community
  • External initiatives: national and international funds

We are convinced that through the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility -CSR area, each service that we offer at CEDIA will be aligned with the organizational purpose.
