Work was done to consolidate a shared agenda between CEDIA and the universities of Guayaquil.
CEDIA's executive director, Juan Pablo Carvallo, held a series of institutional meetings in the city of Guayaquil, with the aim of reviewing and organizing the map of current benefits, services and programs, as well as advancing new lines of collaboration with universities in the region.
The working meetings were held with the participation of the University of Guayaquil and the University of the Arts, and focused on identifying opportunities to strengthen institutional articulation, optimize access to CEDIA services and define a common work agenda oriented to the strategic needs of each institution.
The meetings were attended by university authorities such as Francisco Morán, rector of the University of Guayaquil, and Saidel Brito Lorenzo, rector of the University of the Arts, along with vice-rectors of the latter institution and their Technology team.
The dialogue allowed for a joint review of CEDIA 's service portfolio and an analysis of its alignment with the academic, research, and innovation processes of the participating universities. They also discussed potential avenues for cooperation to strengthen institutional capacities and promote joint projects in the short and medium term.
With these types of spaces, the Corporation continues to strengthen its relationship with the country's higher education institutions, aiming for closer and more strategic coordination for the benefit of the Ecuadorian academic and scientific system.
