The initiative seeks to increase the participation of young women, especially from historically discriminated groups, in STEM careers.
CEDIA reaffirms its commitment to education and innovation by joining the launch of the STEMHer Project, an initiative designed to inspire and empower young women in indigenous and rural communities, encouraging them to explore careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The launch event, held on March 24, became a dynamic and enriching space where experts and strategic partners shared experiences and knowledge about women's contributions in these sectors. As part of the day, the panel " Women in STEM" was held, a forum for discussion on the impact of female participation in these fields and the challenges that still remain.
One of the key moments of the event was the symbolic signing of a support agreement with the project's allies, ratifying the commitment of the participating institutions to building a more equitable and inclusive future for new generations.
