CEDIA reaffirms its commitment to education and innovation by joining the launch of the Stemher project, an initiative designed to inspire and empower young women in indigenous and rural communities, promoting them to explore careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (Stem).

The launch event, held on March 24, became a dynamic and enriching space where strategic experts and allies shared experiences and knowledge about the contribution of women in these sectors. As part of the day, the panel was developed: women in Stem, a space for debate on the impact of female participation in these fields and the challenges that still persist.

One of the key moments of the event was the symbolic signature of a support agreement with the project allies, ratifying the commitment of the institutions participating in the construction of a more equitable and inclusive future for the new generations.
