On June 24th we participated in the international virtual event “The seventh European MOOCs Stakeholder Summit – EMOOCs 2021 (Germany) – The seventh European MOOC Stakeholder Summit (EMOOCs 2021) and Learning at Scale 2021.
Where our ambassador, Jorge Maldonado Mahauad from the University of Cuenca, presented our MOOC Digital Observatory CEDIA under the theme “EMOOCS 2021, THE MOOC – CEDIA OBSERVATORY: STUDY OF THE CURRENT SITUATION OF MOOCS IN ECUADORIAN UNIVERSITIES”
The objective of our platform is to disseminate the work carried out in the study “State of the art of MOOC adoption in Ecuador and report of course offerings.”
This report is the result of collaborative work between the CEDIA team and the consulting firm Edu-Analytics, which involved compiling data on existing MOOC courses in Ecuador. You can access the information gathered on MOOC data for Ecuador in 2020.
Finally, by exploring this site you will find course demographics, a ranking of the largest MOOC-producing institutions, course characteristics, the different types of courses, and an overview of the current state.
