The Latin American Congress took place over five days in Panama.
CEDIA participated from November 13-17 in the Latin American Congress TICAL 2023: Bridges to Transformation. This year, the Congress highlighted the role of national research and education networks (NRENs), which throughout Latin America and the Caribbean interconnect the regional digital ecosystem and promote collaboration to advance the digital transformation of the region's countries.
In this edition, CEDIA participated with several initiatives to showcase the Corporation's management and progress to national education networks in the region and the world.
CEDIA also participated with presentations through Gabriela Astudillo, Head of Sustainability and Social Responsibility, who presented the talk "GIS: Digital Transformation and Sustainable Education: Methodologies and Tools for Strengthening Capacities in Digital Health as a Benefit to Society."
Meanwhile, Javier Valdiviezo, Head of the Academic and Training Area, presented the Regional Training Platform, based on E-Learning System Analytics – ELSA.
With this participation, CEDIA continues to share its work in exchange and learning spaces at the regional and international level.
