Academic platform to support online education.
With the aim of providing support to Ecuadorian academia, CEDIA developed Aprendiendo Ec, a tool that aims to provide all the necessary facilities for teachers to make the transition to virtual education.
On this site you will find information of interest and use to both teachers and students, with the aim of contributing to the development of useful content for online training: teaching modules, methodological guidance content, technological platforms and software.
This project provides the academic community with Open Educational Resources and tools that enhance the University at Home, offering users methodologies, resources, and practical recommendations for adapting teaching to online education, for both teachers and students.
On the platform you will be able to see several boxes containing different categories that aim to facilitate online learning:
• Online Education: You will find free or paid online courses that you can easily access.
• Online Libraries: From this platform you can access the main open access online libraries.
• Bibliographic Resources: You will find open access journals for research.
• Open Access Repositories: In this section you will find platforms designed by CEDIA such as the Ecuadorian Open Access Repository Network-RRAAE or the Semantic Repository of Ecuadorian Researchers-REDI, as well as a Learning Object Repository and more academic support tools.
• Multimedia Tools: You will find bulk data sending tools such as Filesender or video conferencing platforms.
• Play and Learn: In this section, the little ones will enjoy fun and playful learning games.
In this way, Aprendiendo is consolidated into a virtual learning platform designed by the Ecuadorian Corporation for the Development of Research and AcademiaCEDIA and with the support of the Council of Higher Education - CES and the Secretariat of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation - SENESCYT.
