CEDIA strengthens culture through the implementation of the national training plan

Inter-institutional program that has managed to train approximately 150 people.

TRAINING PLAN

CEDIA , through its Innovation and Technology Transfer coordination, strengthens the culture of Knowledge Management, Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology Transfer through its Annual National Training Plan. During the years 2019 and 2020, around 150 people have been trained in Intellectual Property and other related topics that include: Innovation, Technology Surveillance, Knowledge Management and Transfer.

This program will be developed with the support of the Continuing Education School (EFC) and has the support of strategic allies such as SENADI and the CEDIA Network of Experts in Knowledge Management. The training plan for the year 2021 will be developed in a mixed mode (online and virtual). In addition, it will be academically endorsed by the Salesian Polytechnic University (UPS).

Description of the Modules:
• Strategic knowledge management: Emphasizes the importance of managing an effective knowledge management model that promotes innovation, development and research in the national ecosystem.

Protection of intellectual property rights: This module addresses the main concepts related to intellectual property rights, as well as the registration procedure.

Management of intellectual property and transfer of results: Addresses the main mechanisms and resources available to consider when transferring the results of research and development achieved.
