The platform was used in the elections of internal representatives of the University of Cuenca.
As part of CEDIA 's ongoing commitment to transparency and democratic participation, and in collaboration with the University of Cuenca, the election process for representatives of the University Council, Governing Council, FEUE, LDU, AFU, ACAU for the 2024-2025 period was carried out last July.
This activity was conducted through the UDECIDE electronic voting system, designed to guarantee security and accuracy in the electoral process, achieving high participation from the university community. This process involved several weeks of collaboration between the two institutions for parameterization activities and to ensure successful results.
On election day, 10,512 voters participated out of a total of 15,474 registered voters.
