Cognitive model of mobility for women farmers in the canton of Cuenca

General Objective: Develop a sustainable mobility model based on cognitive territorial planning for women farmers in the Cuenca canton (Ecuador), in order to reduce their limitations on the use of transport and public space, within the framework of the commercialization of their products. self-grown farms, through the support of a software prototype.

Specific objectives

  • Diagnose the limitations of mobility and use of public space of rural women in the Cuenca canton for the commercialization of agricultural products of their own cultivation.
  • Identify the mechanisms of social innovation of rural women, both in the use of local transportation systems, and in the marketing of their agricultural products.
  • Formulate a model of cognitive mobility planning for women farmers in the Cuenca canton who sell their products in the urban public space.
  • Produce an operational prototype of cognitive mobility software for women farmers in the Cuenca canton who sell their products in the urban public space.
