HUB echo Ecuador activities officially begin

A webinar focused on medical personnel served as a platform to kick off the program's activities for 2021.

ECHO

Through a webinar focused on networking and aimed at healthcare professionals, academic medical staff, and authorities, the ECHO project kicked off its activities for this year. The program included the presentation of the new specialty clinic, the "Cancer Clinic," which will be developed by specialists from the Association for Integral Social Development (APRODSI). Additionally, the event recognized the winners of the various activities planned for 2020.

On the other hand, we are pleased to mention that the project experienced exponential growth in 2020, with the last quarter being the busiest period, involving more than 380 primary care physicians. We also benefited from the mentorship of renowned specialists in diabetes, hypertension, gynecology, and currently, cancer.

We invite you to participate in this great initiative, which aims to broaden its horizons by developing new actions to address current telehealth trends and strengthening ties between academia.
