1st Call
As part of the ESTALMAT (Stimulation of Mathematical Talent) project, CEDIA , with the support of the Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences, has been working since 2019 to identify, guide, and continuously stimulate the exceptional mathematical talent of 12-13 year old students. The selection process for participants for the Guayas branch, which opens this year, has been completed.
We wish the selected students every success, knowing that participation in the project can be decisive in their lives, strengthening and reinforcing their orientation towards mathematical research in different fields, enabling them to contribute substantially to the country's scientific and technological progress.
Of interest, we can mention that for the ESTALMAT Guayas Call, 92 participants registered, of which 20 were selected. The program is in its third year of operation, and this is currently the first edition held in the province of Guayas.
