- Estimate the usual diet of selected foods (rice, potato, kidney tomato, carrot, green pepper and apple) in a representative sample of the population of Cuenca, Guayaquil and Quito through 24-hour recalls.
- To evaluate the degree of contamination with pesticide residues in six foods of national mass consumption (rice, potato, kidney tomato, carrot, green pepper and apple).
- Estimate the risk of dietary exposure by group of pesticides by food, geographically adjusted from the intake of mass consumption foods.
