Commission for educational exchange between the United States of America and Colombia The Fulbright Scholarship for Doctoral Students allows active students of doctoral programs in Colombia to have the opportunity to carry out an in-person research stay in the United States for a period of four (4 ) to ten (10) months. Candidates with research projects that have the potential to contribute to development in diverse regions of Colombia are of particular interest for this program. With this scholarship, the Fulbright Colombia Commission promotes collaboration between researchers from Colombia and the United States, strengthens research processes in the country and encourages Colombia's insertion into global knowledge networks.
