Commission for educational exchange between the United States of America and Colombia The Fulbright Scholarship for Visiting Researchers from Colombia offers researchers and teachers from Colombia, with a doctorate degree or at least four (4) years of experience in research projects, the opportunity to carry out advanced research at a university or research center in the United States, during one (1) academic semester. Candidates with research projects that have the potential to contribute to development in diverse regions of Colombia are of particular interest for this program. Through this scholarship, the Fulbright Colombia Commission promotes collaboration between researchers from Colombia and the United States, strengthens research processes in the country and encourages Colombia's insertion into global knowledge networks.
