CONNECT funds, 2023 edition, benefited more than 2,800 researchers

CEDIA has become the first research financing entity at the national level.

In 2023, CONNECT funds benefited more than 2,800 researchers with the award of more than 220 projects this year.

With these results, CEDIA surpassed the barrier of 10 million dollars invested in knowledge, research and transfer. Through CONNECT, the Corporation has become the first and only research financing entity at the national level, which provides support and complementary services that allow full use of CEDIA resources. This program has the necessary funds, capacity operational, know-how and experience to achieve the objectives set by the researchers of the member institutions.

CONNECT is made up of the following Funds:

  • IDi Universities.
  • IDi Institutes.
  • Registrar Fund.
  • Avante Fund.
  • Divulga Fund.
  • 1 to 1 fund.
  • Speaker Fund.

In addition, CEDIA in support of our adherent members, has developed the AVANTE Fund for Institutes by 2024, which aims to generate advanced training processes with international experts who provide knowledge on a specific topic that does not exist in the country.
