GPS Positioning in Real Time Via NTRIP

General Objective: Carry out the implementation of GPS measurements from continuous monitoring stations to perform differential position corrections, in real time and through the use of NTRIP - Networked Transoprt of RTCM via Internet Protocol and allow them to have simultaneous access various users in order to improve their position.

Specific objectives:

  • Put NTRIPSOURCE into operation through the GNSS Continuous Monitoring Station.
  • Implement the NTRIPCASTER to the continuous monitoring station through the management software.
  • Implement the NTRIPUSER components in mobile devices to carry out the respective tests in the study areas.
  • Allow access to the NTRIPCASTER simultaneously to several users, who have GPS receivers with NTRIP capability, so that they can obtain differential corrections in real time.
  • Determine the horizontal precision obtained in the positioning after performing the differential corrections.
