Implementation of the Organization and Industry Observatory - O2I (Second phase: Base Lines on The New Normality)

General Objective: Develop and make accessible quantification and management technologies (methodology, tools, indicators and criteria) and the survey of baselines (results of application in specific sectors) to support advanced and technical management of organizational and industrial development processes from the national, regional and international understanding and contextualization.

Specific objectives

  • Systematize the pertinent and available information for the creation of referential frameworks for the development of proposed baselines.
  • Develop quantification and management technologies, and survey of phase 2 baselines considering the "new normal" (post COVID 19 pandemic): a)
    Management and development of innovation within Ecuadorian organizations in the new normal.
    Case study: ICT sector of Quito. b) Management of energy consumption within Ecuadorian organizations in the new normality.
    Case study: ICT sector of Quito and the cocoa producing sector in Ecuador. c) Collaborative performance management within Ecuadorian organizations in the new normality. Case study: cocoa producing sector in Ecuador.»
  •  Implement a technological infrastructure that allows to integrate, manage, make visible and make accessible the information generated by the development of the baselines and the systematization of the information.
  •  Generate the technological and organizational management model of an observatory of the organization and industry in the Ecuadorian environment as a mechanism for growth and sustainability.
