This program promotes joint research projects between Japanese institutions and organizations in developing countries to generate scientific and technological solutions geared toward sustainable development. The projects must address global challenges through collaborative research, capacity building, and social impact.
Requirements
- Higher education institutions or research centers with the capacity to develop research projects in collaboration with a Japanese institution.
- The proposal must be submitted jointly with a principal investigator from an eligible institution in Japan and comply with the guidelines established by JST and JICA.
