Maastricht University (UM) and Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of the Netherlands The NL-High Potential scholarship program at Maastricht University (UM) offers 21 full scholarships of €34,000 (including tuition fee waiver and monthly stipend) each academic year for talented students from outside the European Union (EU) who have been admitted to a master's program at UM. The scholarship program consists of the High Potential Scholarship (funded by the Maastricht University Scholarship Fund) and the NL Scholarship, which is funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in conjunction with universities and Dutch schools of applied sciences.
