Optimization model in the production of aggregates under a circular economy criterion for industry 4.0 (OPCI4.0)

General Objective: The objective of this project is to evaluate portable sensors applied to crop stems and leaves, thus contributing to food security and climate change.

Specific objectives:

  • Analyze the current state of knowledge of the supply chain and the circular economy of non-metallic mining for the optimization of aggregate production systems for industry 4.0.
  • Link industry 4.0 technologies as enablers of the circular economy to digitize
    waste supply.
  • Build a mathematical model of optimization for resources in the collection of
    unconditioned construction materials.
  • Validate the model in a local case study to make production sustainable.
  • Evaluate the economic, environmental and social sustainability of the model in industrial environments
of non-metallic mining for the production of aggregates.
