General Objective: Develop a training program on the generation of technological supports focused on
the conservation, management and promotion of heritage assets and spaces.
The axis of the training focuses on the analysis of the potential of using artificial intelligence techniques in the processes of digitization, labeling, recommendation, narratives and translation of heritage information. Emphasis will be placed on the tools available to generate research projects that allow emulating the successful processes developed in museums and European pilgrimage routes. The selection of the Ingapirca Museum and the Inca Trail as points of interest for practical workshops within the training, aims to propose these same areas within subsequent projects that involve multidisciplinary groups of researchers aimed at conserving, managing and promoting cultural heritage, by At the same time, it contributes to the development of local communities.
