• Assist in the planning and organization of courses and other continuing education activities, coordinating logistics, materials, and communication with facilitators.
• Manage the Moodle platform and other related platforms, ensuring the correct uploading and management of academic materials.
• Manage the different phases of the academic offering, from preparation (contracts, promotion, and coordination) to evaluation and closure (reports, payments to instructors, and issuance of certificates).
• Manage payment administration and create payment links for courses and academic activities.
• Review educational materials for self-directed courses.
• Perform other activities or responsibilities assigned by your immediate supervisor, related to your position and work experience.
