CEDIA presents the CONNECT 2025 Funds call for proposals, aimed at strengthening science, technology, and innovation processes in the country. These funds seek to promote an ecosystem of collaboration and knowledge dissemination among researchers at the national and international levels.
CONNECT Funds are divided into several categories, each with specific objectives and application deadlines:
- The Avante Funddirects its resources toward the development of training programs linked to enhancing skills in research, development, and innovation (R&D&I). Proposals will be accepted from February 3 to April 30, 2025.
- Divulga Fund: intended for the dissemination of research results at high-level international congresses and invention fairs. This fund will be open from February 3 to September 13, 2025, or until the allocated resources are exhausted.
- University R&D Fund: Funds research projects in all areas of knowledge. The application period begins on April 1 and ends on June 1, 2025.
- The 1-to-1 Fundfosters collaboration between academic institutions and the productive sector. The call for proposals opens on March 15 and closes on September 15, 2025.
- The Registra Fundfinances intellectual property protection processes for creations generated at member higher education institutions. This fund is currently open and will accept proposals until February 20, 2025.
