In 2021, the eHealth by CEDIA program has expanded its horizons through the formation of strategic alliances both nationally and internationally. Among them, the following stand out: the Memorandum of Understanding with the Central American Network of Health Informatics - RECAINSA to promote the development of digital transformation in the health sector in the region; within the Ibero-American Digital Health Network, participation in the 3rd edition of the RISAD Virtual Telemedicine Congress and coordination of the network's tele-education core; growth highlighted by the ECHO Institute of the HUB ECHO – CEDIA , our best practices were shared in Latin American meetings.
At the national level, the first Spanish-speaking Special Interest Group - SIG has been carried out, on the theme One Health, a joint effort of the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Ecological Transition, the National Institute of Public Health Research - INSPI and the Phyto-Zoosanitary Regulation and Control Agency - AGROCALIDAD.
Regarding the ECHO Project, the Comprehensive Cancer Clinic stands out, co-created with APRODSI and FUPEC where more than 20 cancer cases have been treated. Additionally, the participation of 130 primary care doctors from the Ministry of Public Health at the national level has been arranged. These doctors act as replicating entities of the teaching given in the project's teleclinics, which has made it possible to increase the average number of participants per session.
