As part of the execution of the CEDIA R&D&i Funds in its 18th call, the management process of each of the awarded projects that began in January of this year is carried out.
Within this management process, initiation meetings were held to share important aspects that must be taken into account prior to the start of project execution. As delivery of formats required by CEDIA for purchase requests, work schedules, instructions for purchasing requests, requirements for the documents necessary to enter purchasing processes, delay periods for purchasing processes, contract management and receipt of documents . With all these documents, acquisition requests are received on the dates announced in the initiation meetings.
