On Friday, February 5th, the MetaRed Ecuador Cybersecurity group held the first webinar in a series of 9 planned training events. The main topic of the event was raising awareness among students, administrative staff, and teachers of Higher Education Institutions about cybersecurity issues.
This first webinar had an attendance of 706 participants, which demonstrates the interest of the academic community in learning about and preventing computer incidents.
