Victoria University of Wellington The Tongarewa International Scholarships celebrate the University's commitment to the international student community and consists of a partial scholarship that will go towards the tuition fees for one year of study. Applicants can enter their first year of a bachelor's degree or enter a postgraduate program at Te Herenga Waka-Victoria University of Wellington. Scholarships are awarded competitively on the basis of academic excellence. They apply to study in the year following the application and will be credited with the cost of tuition.
