Training of Sequencing Techniques in Saliva Samples of Malnourished Kichwa Population Using Miseq Illumina: Epigenetics and Microbiome

Status: Completed

General Objective : The objective of this project is to train Ecuadorian researchers, professionals, students who carry out development and research in the areas related to epigenetics, microbiome, bioinformatics, nutrition, clinics and health through non-invasive sample sequencing techniques in malnourished populations. Kichwa for the management of equipment and applicability, search for biomarkers, analysis and interpretation of comprehensive data.
