Bolar Foundation The Bolar Foundation is committed to educational development in Guatemala by offering student scholarships, specifically aimed at Guatemalan women who, despite having an outstanding academic record, are facing economic difficulties that prevent them from studying at university. It is an initiative that seeks to enhance female talent in essential areas for the sociocultural development of the country, such as Journalism, Communication, Clinical Psychology and Legal Sciences. The benefits of the scholarship vary according to the individual needs of the scholarship recipients, covering a percentage of the cost of the degree that can range from 30% to 100%. Scholarships are available to pursue bachelor's degrees at any local university, as well as at the University of Navarra on its Pamplona campus, specifically for journalism studies. However, it is important to note that the benefits do not include teaching materials or extracurricular courses.
