The R&D&I Institutes Fund aims to finance projects involving mentoring processes and scientific and applied research, technological development and innovation, proposed by CEDIAmember institutes, specifically technological institutes, and which contribute to the development of the country, making available to participating technological institutions the administrative resources that CEDIA has available.

CEDIA will grant a total of USD 8,500.00, which will be distributed according to the following scheme:

Member institutions may contribute a counterpart in cash or in kind, and this amount will be used solely for research activities.

The execution deadlines are:

  • Phase 1: Mentoring 3 months
  • Phase 2: Research 9 months
  • Phase 3: Knowledge Management Plan (9 months)
