Summit of Ideas - 2025 Edition
The third edition of the Ideas Summit will focus on innovation for the food and beverage sector , solidifying its position as a strategic space for collaboration between academia and industry. This event will strengthen the relationship between CEDIA , the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE), ANFAB, CIL, CIPEM, and CITEC, generating co-creation opportunities through applied methodologies and specialized workshops.
This edition will feature the participation of Foodeology, experts in innovation and development of food products, who will offer a practical workshop aimed at promoting the creation of new products.
This year's theme seeks to promote the development of the sector through the exchange of knowledge and experiences between researchers, academics and representatives of innovative companies.
