We provide functional spaces and a close relationship for our members
Last Friday, July 30, during the CEDIAGeneral Assembly, the inauguration of our new offices in the city of Quito took place. This infrastructure was acquired with the purpose of providing a quality service in accordance with the needs of our member institutions and the general public. These facilities are located on Av. 12 de octubre and Lizardo García, Alto Aragón Building, eighth floor.
Dr. Cecilia Paredes, President of CEDIA, along with our Executive Director, Eng. Juan Pablo Carvallo, were responsible for welcoming the rectors who attended the Assembly in person and virtually. The event took place in the Corporation's new facilities, and a guided tour presented the different functionalities for which the offices are intended.
Among them, it will function as a training center for the Higher School of Networks and the School of Continuing Education of CEDIA, it will serve as an office for CEDIA staff in Quito, which includes the Computer Incident Response Team – CSIRT and part of the commercial area of CEDIA, in addition, there are spaces designated for executive meetings for Rectors, who will be able to carry out their management in our facilities.
In this way, CEDIA continues its growth, which allows it to provide the academic community and the general public with spaces for their training, development of functions and closeness with our member institutions.
