The goal of this challenge is to inspire, empower, and motivate young women and professionals in STEM, promoting the inclusion of women in these fields and fostering the development of innovative solutions that will positively impact future generations.
Challenge objectives
- Design interactive educational content to motivate young women in STEM.
- Developing soft skills and leadership in universities.
- Create gamified and inspiring materials.
- Promote an intergenerational mentoring network.
Who can participate in the challenge?
Female undergraduate students in STEM fields who are committed to social inclusion and innovation. They must be enrolled in a higher education institution and have time available.
