Case study: Province of Azuay.
Specific objectives:
- Generate predictive models of susceptibility to mass movements that adjust to Andean realities such as those existing in the Province of Azuay - Ecuador, through the implementation of quantitative techniques based on machine learning algorithms. o Deliverable: Database with the inventory of mass movements and quantitative model of the territory's susceptibility to mass movements.
- Propose a multi-criteria decision-making model to guide the actions of the governing entities in the prevention, mitigation and monitoring phases of mass movements, based on the susceptibility models of the territory, the inventory and CTI policies. o Deliverable: Multi-criteria group decision-making model and its validation in the territory.
- Develop a geoportal as an instrument for access and transfer of knowledge in the field of risk management due to mass movements. o Deliverable: Geoportal Platform.
