“Project ECHO, an advanced teletutoring and distance learning program designed to improve patient care and multiply the health care workforce.
Linking expert specialist teams in an academic center with primary care physicians in rural communities. Specialists and primary care physicians will become a learning community, where the latter receive mentoring and feedback from specialists.
