General Objective: Train a multidisciplinary team in new paradigms for intervention in dementia, so that they can incorporate digital processes in the management of social and health services resources. To achieve this general objective, it will be ensured that the participants
Specific Objective: Learn in depth the different models of evaluation, diagnosis, intervention and treatment in the field of Psychogerontology.
- They will be able to design, develop, supervise and evaluate psychogerontological intervention and treatment plans and programs based on individual, social and institutional needs.
- They will develop interpersonal communication and emotional management skills to interact effectively with older people, family members, caregivers and other professionals.
- They will be able to apply the knowledge acquired and their problem-solving ability to new or little-known areas within the interdisciplinary contexts related to Psychogerontology, including new technologies and guided by ethical principles typical of health sciences.
- They will be able to identify and formulate research problems in the context of their professional practice, and contribute to their approach in accordance with the research methods, techniques and procedures of the health, social and behavioral sciences.
